The copy of the order dated 29.03.2016 is taken on record.

Counsel for the parties request that the file of the case be sent to the learned District & Sessions Judge for passing appropriate orders of transfer in terms of order dated 29.03.2016 passed in Transfer petition (C) No. 42/2016.
