W.P.(C) 3025/2016 & CM APPLs. 12776-12777/2016 With consent of parties, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to CESTAT to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal No.C/480/2010CU (DB) against the Order-in-Original No.18/HKC/2010 dated 21st June, 2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months. This Court may mention that it has agreed to passing of the aforesaid order as the petitioner wants to sell its Aircraft immediately and has a purchaser in hand.

With the aforesaid direction present writ petition and pending applications stand disposed of.

The next date of hearing is cancelled.
