% 11.10.2018 On 08.04.2016 this Court had ordered release of the amount deposited by the respondent with the Registry of this Court pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in FAO (OS) 55/2015. The said appeal, alongwith another appeal, being FAO (OS) 483/2015, were dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 15.01.2016. The respondent has challenged the said judgment before the Supreme Court by way of a Special Leave Petition (C) No. 10225/2016 and the judgment passed by the Division Bench in the said appeals has been stayed. The counsels for the parties submit that the SLP is pending adjudication before the Supreme Court.
