% 14.09.2018 Crl. M.A. 32118/2018 (for restoration) Having regard to the explanation offered, the prayer is granted. The main petition (Crl. M.C. 920/2015) is restored. CRL.M.C. 920/2015 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, he seeking liberty to move the court of Magistrate, which is inquiring into the complaint, cognizance whereupon was taken by the order dated 21.06.2014 for investigation to be carried out through the agency of police when the case reaches the stage of 202 Cr. PC. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
