Learned counsel appearing for respondents Nos. 2,3 and 4/Delhi Police states that requisite police force was provided to respondent No. 1/SDMC to take action against the subject property on two dates i.e. on 18.12.2018 and 27.12.2018. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1/SDMC however disputes this, inasmuch as, he states, police force was provided for partial action that was taken on 18.12.2018 but not thereafter. Be that as it may, in the absence of the petitioner, I do not wish to proceed further with this matter.
