Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the "Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre" on 28.11.2019, he seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition.

In view of the aforesaid, leave is granted and the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.
