Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, who, appears for the judgment debtor, has brought to the Court a cheque bearing no. 501722, dated 8.10.2018 in the sum of Rs. 3,41,34,700/-. This cheque is drawn in favour of the Registrar General, High Court of Delhi.

Mr. Aggarwal will have the cheque deposited with the Registry of this Court within two days from today.

The Registry will encash the cheque and release the amount in favour of the decree holder.

Mr. Tarkeshwar Nath, who, appears for the decree holder, says that the petition under Section 34 has been filed whereby challenge is laid to some part of the award, and that for the moment, this petition need not be carried further.

OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 72/2018 5.

Mr. Nath says that in case further amounts are awarded in

favour of the decree holder, liberty be given to file a fresh Enforcement Petition in that behalf.

Accordingly, the petition is closed with liberty as prayed for. 7.
