% 27.01.2016 This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking cancellation of bail of the respondent no.4 on the ground that prosecutrix has been threatened by the accused / respondent no.4.

A perusal of record goes to show that the respondent no.4 has not so far been served. It is, however, brought to my notice that after passing of the order for grant of anticipatory bail, the charge-sheet has already been submitted by the State and now the respondent no.4 is on regular bail.

Keeping in view the fact that since the respondent no.4 has now been released on regular bail, as such this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
