% 27.04.2016 After arguing the petition at some length, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the matter before the Trial Court is fixed for judgment on 28th April, 2016, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court and to take the remedies as available under law. In view of the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of Court master.
