% 05.02.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 29.01.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is placed on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same.
