% 12.07.2018 Learned counsel for the parties, agree that the Misuse charges, Damage charges, Ground rent, Enhanced Ground rent and Unearned increase for the purpose of carrying out the mutation have been quantified and deposited by the petitioner in terms of the demand raised vide communication dated February 13, 2018. They also agree that the mutation of title in respect of shop no. 66-B, Khan Market has also been carried out on July 6, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, the property needs to be converted from leasehold to freehold. At this, learned counsel for the respondent states, one of the stipulation in the guidelines of the NDMC is that there should not be any litigation between the parties. She also states, the charges for conversion of the property from leasehold to freehold shall

be conveyed to the petitioner within two weeks from today. She also states on such intimation and deposit of the same and on completion of codal formalities, the follow up action shall be taken as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the petitioner states, she does not press this petition any further.
