% 24.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the executing court for clear decision on the submissions recorded in the order dated 22.03.2018 that the petitioner is entitled to recovery Rs.9,40,963/- on account of continued occupation of the official accommodation after the death of Ram Babu.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
