% 23.05.2016 Crl.M.A. 6004/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 1393/2016 & Crl.M.A. 6005/2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. in which the prayer made tantamount to interference in the trial conducted by the Trial Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has categorically held that the Trial Courts cannot be directed to conduct day to day trial as there is diary of the Trial Courts itself and it is within the domain of the Trial Courts to proceed in accordance with their diary and law. This Court under Section 482
Cr.P.C. does not consider proper to interfere in the trial conducted by the Trial Court.
The present petition and application Crl.M.A. 6005/2016 are accordingly dismissed.
