In view of the limited prayer made in the application, learned counsel for the official respondents, says that he does not wish to file a reply. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follow:- "....a. Kindly allow the present application and condone the delay of 6 days in filing the amount and direct the registry to accept the FDRs in present form....."
For the reasons given in the application, the delay of 6 days is condoned.
The petitioner/applicant is given liberty to file the original FDR on or before 31.05.2018.
