The limited prayer made in the present petition is for issuing directions to the Central Administrative Tribunal to expeditiously dispose of OA No.1760/2015 filed by the petitioner.

The order sheet reveals that the original application filed by the petitioner was listed on 22.02.2018 and has been adjourned to 22.05.2018. This being the position, we decline to entertain the present petition at this stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the reason for moving this petition is borne out from the record and the respondents have been seeking adjournments.
