% 23.05.2018 This transfer petition has been registered on a reference made by the District and Sessions Judge (East), presiding over the Rent Control Tribunal for East District of Delhi by his report dated 16.04.2018 on the file of the appeal (RCT 11/2017) taken out under Section 38 of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, against the order dated 08.08.2017 passed by the Additional Rent Controller (East) on the file of eviction case (RC/ARC 916/2016) in respect of property described as bearing No. 4525 Gali No. 5, Ajeet Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi 110031.

The presiding officer of the Rent Control Tribunal of East District where the appeal was presented has reported that the property in question falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. The parties have appeared on court notices being issued in terms of the order dated 24.04.2018 and submit no opposition to the suggested course of transferring the appeal as afore-said from the file of Rent Control Tribunal of East District to the Rent Control Tribunal TR.P.(C.) 64/2018 page of

for Shahdara District, both located at Karkardooma Court Complex. Ordered accordingly.

The Rent Control Tribunal for East District shall make over the file to the Rent Control Tribunal for Shahdara District fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. The transfer petition stands disposed of in above terms. The record of the appeal shall be returned forthwith with a copy of this order.
