% 27.09.2018 Complainant alleged in the FIR that petitioner along with co-accused Mintoo had beaten up the complainant, threw her on the ground, caught hold of her hair and kicked her. She also alleged in the FIR that her shirt was torn from her chest. CCTV footage has been collected by the Investigating Officer and sent to FSL.

Keeping in view of serious allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed.
