This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC recording the settlement between them. 2.

This suit was filed by the Plaintiffs for declaring the Sale Deeds dated 18.04.2011 as null and void as also for cancellation of the same and a decree of permanent injunction. During the pendency of the suit, parties have amicably resolved their disputes and executed two Settlement Agreements both dated 02.07.2025, copies of which have been placed on record. 3.

Parties are present in Court and submit that they have entered into settlement out of their free will and without any pressure or coercion. 4.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful.
