O R D E R

% 25.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of the recommendation made by the Standing Appellate Committee on 21.03.2018 and Standing Appellate Scrutiny Committee dated 05.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied, if, the respondent is directed to give the petitioner's authorised representative a personal hearing in the meeting of the Standing Appellate Committee scheduled to be held on 26/27.04.2018.

Mr.Anil Soni, learned standing counsel who appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondent, does not oppose the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to grant a personal hearing to the petitioner's authorised representative in the Standing Appellate Committee meeting scheduled to be held on 27.04.2018.

It is made clear, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondent, it will open to him to take all legal recourse as permissible under law.
