% 09.01.2017 CM No.744/2017 in FAO(OS) 127/2016 During the pendency of this appeal, the parties have entered into a settlement agreement on 29.12.2016, a copy whereof has been placed as Annexure A to CM No.744/2017. The learned counsel for the parties are present. They state that the settlement agreement has been voluntarily entered upon by the parties in the present appeal and all the parties have signed the said document. The learned counsel for the parties request that the present appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement which is Annexure A to CM No.744/2017. Since we see no impediment in issuing such direction, this application is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties, a copy whereof is Annexure A to CM No.744/2017.
