% 20.04.2018 The transfer petition relates to Civil suit (CS no. 367/2017) filed by the opposite party against the petitioner herein which is pending trial in the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, North District at Rohini Courts Complex.

It appears the petitioner felt aggrieved by an interim order of injunction passed on 14.12.2017 and had presented miscellaneous civil appeal addressed to the Senior Civil Judge, North District at Rohini Courts Complex. It further appears that it came to be filed wrongly before Senior Civil Judge of North West District though prepared with the intention to be presented correctly to Senior Civil Judge, North District. After some hearing, the counsel submits that he would like to withdraw the present transfer petition if he is granted permission to withdraw the appeal from the court of Senior Civil Judge, North West and present it again to the court of Senior Civil Judge of North District, both located at Rohini Courts Complex.

TR.P.(C.) 65/2018

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with permission as aforesaid granted. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
