O R D E R

% 23.04.2018 It is not in dispute that marriage of petitioner's daughter, namely, Rubaika Sheikh is fixed for 25th April, 2018. It is also not in dispute that petitioner was granted interim bail on earlier occasions also to attend the marriage of her other children which concessions she has not misused. In my view, presence of petitioner would obviously be required on the occasion of marriage of her daughter. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. During the interim bail period, petitioner shall report to the concerned ACP of police station Nizamuddin once in a week.

After expiry of interim bail

period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
