% 11.12.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 28th August, 2015 vide Settlement Agreement, 'Mark C-1', which has been signed by the parties and their counsels and also by the learned Mediator.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

I do not find the terms of the settlement to be in conflict with any law. Suit is disposed of in terms of 'Mark C-1'. Since the parties have settled their disputes through the mediation process, court fee be refunded to plaintiff and a necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.

Original title documents be returned to plaintiff in accordance with law.
