The petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to issue a Sponsorship Certificate in favour of the petitioner to enable him to pursue a post-graduate course in Army R&R Hospital, New Delhi in the subject of 'General Medicine', that commences on 01.05.2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice states on instructions that the petitioner's request for issuance of Sponsorship Certificate has been rejected by the competent authority vide order dated 10.04.2018.

A copy of the said order shall be furnished to the petitioner by tomorrow.

The petitioner shall be entitled to seek legal recourse against the said order, as may be advised.
