% 08.07.2016 Matter has been listed today as 7th July, 2016 was declared holiday on account of Idu'l Fitr.

After some arguments, the petitioner who is present in person wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the DDA with a representation. He assures this Court that the said representation will be filed within a period of one week. In case, the representation is filed within the aforesaid time, DDA is directed to dispose of the same within a further period of six weeks. In view of the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition as well as pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti.
