Learned counsel for the official respondents shys that he does not wish to file a counter affidavit inYhe .matter'in view of the order dated 20.3.2018, passed by this Court, in W.P.(C) No.2682/2018, titled: Gouri Iron & Steel Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. v. Union of India &Anr. 3.

The substantive reliefs claimed in the writ petition are as follows. 'A. Pass a Writ, Order or Direction including the writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the inclusion of name of the Petitioner Company in the list of Shell pursuant to press releases dated 10/02/2017 and 28/07/2017 issued by the Ministry ofFinance at serial No. 3653; B.

In line with the stand taken by the official respondents in W.P.(C) No.2682/2018, to which, I have made a reference above, counsel for the official respondents says that the writ petition is premature as the respondents have not yet published the list of shell companies, which is appended as Annexure P-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners having heard the statement of the counsel for the official respondents says that he does not wish to press the writ petition any further.

I may also indicate that learned counsel for the official respondents says that no directions have been issued to banks qua the purported list, which, as indicated above, is marked as Annexure P-3. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.

In case, any coercive measures are taken by the official respondents, the petitioners will have liberty to approach the Court, albeit, in accordance with law.
