O R D E R

% 15.10.2018 Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 7th March, 2018 passed by the Trial Court whereby Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, Jammu, Mr.Manish Taneja and Priest Mr. Mohan Lal Sharma were permitted to be summoned for their examination; besides them prosecutrix was also recalled for her further examination-in-chief. It is pointed out that the priest has already been examined and discharged; examination in chief of the Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera is also complete and his cross examination is deferred, inasmuch as prosecutrix is also in the witness box.

As regards, Manish Taneja, during the course of hearing, he has been given up by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, on

instructions of respondent no.2.

Accordingly, the impugned order is modified to the extent that only witnesses who have already been examined and who are in the witness box will be examined by the respondent no.2 pursuant tp the impugned order.

As regards summoning of Mr. Manish Taneja is concerned, impugned order is set aside.

Petition is disposed of in above terms.
