% 13.07.2017 The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on parole. It is pointed out by Mr. Mehra, learned standing counsel, that vide order dated 15.03.2017, the GNCTD has already passed an order for releasing the petitioner on parole.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition. The petition is dismissed being not pressed. VINOD GOEL, J.
