Learned Additional Standing Counsel has handed over a Status Report which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, the family of the petitioner was found to be residing at House No.9717, Multani Dhanda, Paharganj, Delhi. The family of the complainant is also residing at the same place.

Petitioner was earlier granted interim bail by this Court w.e.f. 26th W.P.(CRL) 1219/2018

February, 2017 when the petitioner surrendered late by one day and thus he was warned for the same. Further, on 16th March, 2018, the petitioner has been provided with a jail punishment.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner or to interfere with the order dated 21st February, 2018 passed by the competent authority. Petition is dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
