% 04.01.2018 The prayers made in the petition have been perused. The petitioner was aggrieved by the manner in which the investigation qua the present FIR No. 159/2016 (registered under Sections 406/420 IPC) was being carried out. This Court has been informed that the Investigating Officer had since been changed and the charge sheet has also been filed in the competent Court on 27.02.2017 and the next date fixed before the trial Court is 20.04.2018. If a copy of the charge sheet has not been furnished to the petitioner till date, the same shall be furnished by the Investigating Officer to the petitioner positively before the next date. Nothing else survives in this petition. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has also made a prayer for compensation for violation of his fundamental and human
rights. This Court is not inclined to get into this issue as the aforenoted prayer would require evidence which is not possible for this Court to delve into in this forum.
Petition dispose of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum under law qua the aforenoted prayer of compensation.
