Mr. Gaurav Kr. Bansal, ld. counsel for the review petitioner submits that he restricts the review petition only to the quantum of costs which were imposed by us by order dated 24th November, 2017 dismissing the writ petition.

We have heard ld. counsel for the parties on this aspect. 3.

In view of the reasons disclosed for reduction of the costs, it is directed that the costs imposed by us by order dated 24th November, 2017 shall be reduced to Rs.25,000/-, out of which Rs.12,500/- shall be paid to the respondent no.1 - Ministry of W.P.(C) No.5203/2013 Pg.1 of 2

Information and Broadcasting, Government of India and rest shall be deposited with the Delhi High Court Bar Association Lawyers' Social Security & Welfare Fund.

The deposit of the costs shall be effected within two weeks from today and proof of deposit shall be forthwith placed with the Registry.
