% 13.03.2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in view of the fact that the refund claim of the petitioner to the extent of Rs 32 lacs has now been formally rejected inasmuch as a communication dated 07.03.2015 from the Assistant Commissioner to the petitioner has been shown to us by the learned counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will take his remedies as per law insofar as the rejection of his claim for refund is concerned.

The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
