Pursuant to the previous order dated 04th April 2025, counsel for the MCD points out that the petitioner themselves had filed the speaking order passed on 03rd May 2024, which had been filed as Annexure P-5, but had not been pointed out by the counsel for the petitioner on 04th April 2025. 2.

The Court has perused the said speaking order. 3.

Though, the petitioner has issues with the speaking order, which basically states that the quarters are in dilapidated condition, but not in imminent danger, it also states that the workers' quarters require immediate repairs and removal of dangerous portions, to make them in a habitable condition.

It is stated that the directions to get repairs, strengthening and demolish the dangerous portions of the concerned quarters, within 15 days of receiving The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the said letter, so as to prevent all causes of danger. The MCD had in fact passed this direction to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner continues to be aggrieved with the speaking order; his pleas would have to be addressed to an appropriate Court. 6.

As far as the contempt is concerned, the Court has seen the speaking order, which was passed in compliance of directions passed by this Court on 05th April 2024, which had directed for the MCD to set out the action proposed to be taken by the MCD qua the property in question. 7.

If any further directions are needed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Writ Court in this regard.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
