Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Mr. Dinesh Garg, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, without prejudice, accepts the cheques totalling of Rs.1 Crore. 3.

The undertaking of the defendants is also placed on record, who contends through their counsel that by 30.06.2025, remaining amount of Rs.2 Crore 30 Lakhs along with necessary interest shall be paid to the plaintiff.

In the meantime, the order dated 05.05.2025 is to be kept in abeyance. 5.
