O R D E R

% 16.09.2016 In terms of the order dated 06.09.2016, the parties had approached Justice R C Chopra (Retd) for obtaining his consent to act as an arbitrator and the disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act').

Justice R C Chopra (Retd) has since made the necessary disclosure and the parties are agreeable that he be appointed as the sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties. Accordingly, Justice R C Chopra (Retd) is appointed as the sole arbitrator for deciding the disputes between the parties. The fees of the arbitration is fixed in accordance with Schedule IV of the Act. The parties are at liberty to approach Justice R C Chopra (Retd) for a preliminary hearing.

In view of above, the petitions along with pending applications are disposed of.
