The counsel for the decree-holder and the counsel for the judgmentdebtors 1,2&3 state that EA No.883/2016 which was dismissed in default on 2nd January, 2017 was in fact for withdrawal of the execution petition owing to the decree under execution being satisfied out of Court. 2.

None appears for the judgment-debtor no.4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

EA No.883/2013 (for withdrawal of the execution petition) & EX.P.190/2013 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the execution petition is disposed of as satisfied.

Axiomatically, the order dated 16th November, 2015 restraining the judgment-debtor no.2 Smt. Darshan Kaur and judgment-debtor no.3 Mr. Satnam Singh from leaving the country without prior permission of the Court is withdrawn and the Lookout Circular in pursuance thereto against EX.P.190/2013

the judgment-debtor no.2 Smt. Darshan Kaur and judgment-debtor no.3 Mr. Satnam Singh if still in force be also withdrawn. 6.

The non-bailable warrants issued against the judgment-debtor no.2 Smt. Darshan Kaur and judgment-debtor no.3 Mr. Satnam Singh on 27th July, 2016 are also recalled.

The date of 18th January, 2017 before the Joint Registrar is cancelled. Dasti under signature of Court Master.
