% 04.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No. 411/2012 under Sections 308/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazad Pur on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. It is submitted that respondent no. 2 was a tenant of the petitioner no. 2. It appears that this case is an outcome of the landlord/tenant dispute, which has been settled. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Praveen Kumar, P.S. Mandawali. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion. Petitioner has paid `45,000/- to the respondent no. 2 by way of a demand draft bearing no. 114504 dated 1st August, 2017 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Preet Vihar Branch, Delhi. Respondent no. 2 submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 411/2012 under Sections 308/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazad Pur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
