The application has been signed by the parties and their respective counsels and is supported by the affidavit of authorised representative of the parties. The agreement reached between the parties on 01.12.2015 has been placed on record along with the application. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.
