O R D E R

% 01.04.2016 Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Singh, Advocate submits that he has been instructed by both the appellants to withdraw the present appeal. He requests that the statutory deposit made in terms of Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 be refunded. He also submits that the award has already been satisfied by payment made to the claimant before the tribunal, in which view, the execution application was also withdrawn. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registrar General shall verify if the award of compensation has been satisfied by the appellants before the tribunal and thereafter refund the statutory deposit, if made.
