The petitioner is seeking interim bail in case FIR No.54/2014 under Section 21/29 of NDPS Act, PS Special Cell on the ground that his wife is suffering from Neurological disorder.

Status report has been filed by the State alongwith the opinion obtained from the doctor regarding illness of wife of the petitioner. 3.

As per the status report, the wife of the petitioner is stated to be suffering from Epilepsy for the last 5-6 years. 4.

Taking into consideration the nature of ailment from which the wife of the petitioner is suffering as well as the duration of the illness, I do not find it to be a fit case to grant interim bail to the petitioner. 5.

The bail application is hereby dismissed.
