It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that she is not opposing the proceedings before the Local Commissioner without any substantive apprehension. It is submitted that IA No.3645/2018 filed by defendant no.6/appellant hearin, was decided in her absence as she had suffered knee injury and was unable to reach the court room in time. It is submitted that the appellant has grievances so far as proceedings before the Local Commissioner are concerned. 2.

We are of the view that the appeal against the order dated 15th March, 2018 would not be maintainable. It shall be open for the appellant to seek review / recall/ modification of the impugned order of the terms of which proceedings before the Local Commissioner are to take place.
