The present petition has been listed before this court with an objection raised by the Registry with regard to its maintainability. 2.

It is relevant to note that the petitioner is not aggrieved by the judgment dated 07.6.2002 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. 1799/2001. Instead, she seeks execution of the said judgment by invoking writ jurisdiction, which is impermissible. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, for appropriate relief. 4.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
