% 23.04.2018 Mr. Ashok Chaitanya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (RCS) to dispose of his representation dated 14th March, 2016, annexed as Annexure P-6 at Page No. 74 in the paper book expeditiously, in accordance with law. Mr. Naushad Ahmad Khan, Additional Standing Counsel (Civil) appearing on behalf of the RCS states that they shall dispose of the said representation dated 14th March, 2016, under intimation to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. Directed accordingly.
