% 23.04.2018 On behalf of the applicant, it has been submitted that he has been implicated in the present case i.e. being FIR No. 0115/2018 under Sections 308/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS Ghazipur, which is a cross-FIR, in which the applicant is stated to have been injured. On behalf of the State, the applicant has vehemently opposed the same submitting to the effect that the allegations are detailed in the FIR.
For the reasons stated in the application, it has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that in the cross-FIR the accused are already in custody without any observations on the merits and de-merits of the case and the averments made in the FIR and the allegations made, and also having used the lathis and danda, on the injured persons, there is no ground for grant of anticipatory bail. The application is declined.
