% 02.11.2018 The petitioner seeks bail. He has already joined investigations. The learned counsel for the State submits that there is a history of various disputes between the parties for many years. However, the petitioner has never been arrested in any other case. He has two minor sisters; one of whom is in school and another is studying in college. Petitioner's parents were murdered by the private security officer of his uncle Gurpreet. The said private security officer is the complainant in this case. The petitioner submits that his and his sisters' life is in danger. He undertakes to continue to join investigation as and when required to do so. In view of the above, the interim bail of the petitioner is confirmed. It is directed that in the event of his arrest in this case, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of
Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court concerned. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
