% 10.07.2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he was not considered for promotion to the post of Chief Medical Officer-Second-in-Command in Pay Band-3, with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- from the date he was eligible to it, i.e., on 17.01.2012. On 30.9.2014, this Court required the respondents to decide and indicate by the next date of hearing the decision on the UO Note dated 20.8.2014 by the Deputy Inspector General (Personnel). We are informed today that on 15.12.2014, the petitioner's grievance has been duly redressed and he has been given the post that he had claimed with effect from 17.01.2012. True copy of that order has been produced and the same is hereby taken on record.
