By filing the present petition from jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of engaging a counsel for filing SLP before Hon'ble Supreme Court and for combating inner stress. 2.
Notice. Mr.Avininder Singh, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition.

A perusal of the nominal roll of the petitioner reveals that his overall jail conduct as well as jail conduct during last one year was unsatisfactory as he had jumped parole and was re-arrested on 25th August, 2015 by Court orders.

As per clause 11.2 of Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, in order to be eligible for release on parole, the conduct of the convict in prison must have W.P.(CRL) 1175/2016
been uniformly good.

In view of the above, no ground for release of the Petitioner on parole is made out at this stage. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. 6.
The Petitioner may file the SLP from the Jail. 7.
Petitioner be informed through the concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
