This petition is concerned with release of inmates who have been granted bail.

The petitioner has made certain suggestions W.P.(C) 4714/2018

with regard to financial constraints in order to effectuate the orders which are passed in favour of the jail inmates. 2.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to place the said suggestions in W.P.(C)No.10689/2017, Ajay Verma v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi which is listed today.
