% 27.04.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Naveen of police station Subzi Mandi. She also accepts notice. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 was tenant of respondent no.2; whereas petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are friends of petitioner no.1. Present FIR No. 306/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Subzi Mandi, on the complaint of respondent no.2, is an outcome of landlord-tenant disputes.

It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court on 5th January, 2018, Annexure P-2. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner

no.1 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed against the petitioner no.1 and his friends, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to 4.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
