% 09.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused - Tejinder Yadav has already been granted the anticipatory bail in the present case vide order dated 30th November 2015 and the bail application of the other co-accused - Gurdeep is coming up for hearing before the Trial Court on 12th May 2016. In view of the aforesaid circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to move a fresh application before the Trial Court for grant of regular bail on the ground of parity with the co-accused Tejinder Yadav.

In view of the aforesaid, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh application for regular bail before the Trial Court on the ground of parity with co-accused Tejinder Yadav.
